The Opening Session of the Conference includes a three course dinner, a keynote speech and entertainment. Cost of the session is included in the full registration fee.

Special appearance by:
Mr George Kapiniaris is a pioneering ethnic humourist and an all-round entertainer. Incorporating everything from impersonations to music, it's easy to see why George Kapiniaris is considered one of Australia's most versatile comedians.

His biography reads more like a bi-wography with creating, producing, writing and acting credits in shows such as Acropolis Now, Wogs out of Work and the Last Proxy. George developed his popular style of ethnic comedy at Rusden College and with fellow student Simon Palomares, formed 'The Tiboldi Brothers', a stand-up comedy duo, which after 22 years, still tours the comedy circuit today.

George has most recently appeared in the SBS production of 'Kick' and has just completed work in the channel 9 miniseries 'Underbelly'. Currently, George is touring oz in his stage show 'il dago' which will be performing at the Palms-Crown Casino December 11 - 16.

Post Conference Dinner Celebration (Boat Cruise)

The boat will cruise down the Yarra River through the Port of Melbourne, and if weather permits, will cruise to Williamstown and Port Phillip Bay to view the Melbourne skyline and sail around the ships at anchor.

On the final evening of the conference why not get a group together and enjoy a cruise along Melbourne's beautiful bay area. This social event is a dinner cruise where you will enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of an evening set against the lights of Melbourne. This will allow us the opportunity to celebrate a successful conference.
